Rockford Rocks!

No, it really doesn't.  This blog is devoted to trying to figure out what's wrong with Rockford, Illinois.  The citizen's aren't stupid for the most part, the pain that has been visited on this community is disproportionate.  Why?  What can we do?  Let's brainstorm here.  I want to devote this space to figure out what and where we need to act.
